Our approach

At LINCE Academy, our approach is based on the guided discovery method, which encourages the players to think fast and play smart. We ask questions and let them become decision-makers, instead of just telling what to do.

We aim to share with the players the concepts of football in a supportive environment while promoting values that are also important in our daily lives such as friendship, teamwork, commitment, effort, and respect.

Every kid is different

And we believe they all have potential.

But sometimes extra help is necessary, and that's why we always aim to have two coaches on the field for players aged 3-7. This allows us to provide quicker feedback and more individual guidance for the little ones.
